road trip: the meals we shared, the naps we took and the longest run of our young lives

. . . photos from this weekend. . .

i’m convinced nothing is prettier than a road trip through virginia in the spring.

kels, alex and i drove up to charlottesville on friday afternoon to meet up with eva, abby and guion. on saturday, we all woke up at 5:45 and . . . we ran. . .we ran. . . we ran 10 BIG miles in the charlottesville 10 miler. . .

after running, we all ate bagels, stretched out our achy legs and watched several episodes of summer heights high. we also all took long, carefree naps on the floor. i’m thoroughly convinced this weekend marks the most sleep i have ever had in my lifetime. i don’t know what to make of it!

eva + peter = married

just a {few} more of eva + peter’s wedding!

this wedding was so them. and so full of love.

eva and peter’s story goes something like this. . .

eva {a family friend/older sister character for me} decided she was ready to take time off from appalachian state u. and study abroad in some wonderful, beautiful, exciting country. she found a music program in wellington, new zealand and went. in her first few weeks there,  she met peter.

. . . now they are here. . .

the rest is theirs to tell. . .
