I turned to yoga at the age of eleven.
I come from an impressively tall family and I heard someone talking about how they “grew an inch thanks to yoga,” so I thought I would give it a try in order to one day be as tall as everyone else in my family. . .
Little did I know back then, but I had discovered something entirely rewarding and life-changing. I began practicing regularly and at the age of eighteen, I enrolled in a 230-hour teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center. I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and I have practiced and trained all around this big world (Including: India, New Zealand, Nepal, Bali, and Thailand).
I have a hands-on approach to teaching and I love nothing more than sharing this great love of mine. I believe yoga is for everyone – all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.
I teach teach private lessons and group classes throughout North Carolina, but I am always interested in traveling. My goal is to make yoga accessible and real.
